We are offering two exciting opportunities for motivated and proactive Personal Assistants in a well-respected Public Sector office. These roles are ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced and future-focused environment, offering high-level, confidential, and professional executive support.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide administrative support to a senior leader, managing diaries and appointments.
*Prepare reports, briefings, and meeting papers.
*Maintain organised and confidential filing systems.
*Manage emails and ensure timely communication.
*Arrange travel and process expenses.
*Support meetings and events, including follow-up actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*NVQ 3/A-levels or equivalent experience.
*Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
*Proven experience as a PA.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
*Ability to work independently and make decisions in a confidential environment.
