Contract: Full-Time | Permanent / Long-Term
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Havering.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
The RoleThe successful candidate will:
*Plan and deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons
*Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
*Monitor and support student progress
*Encourage students to develop confidence in programming, digital literacy, and problem-solving
*Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching Computer Science within UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom management skills
*A passion for education and student achievement
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
