Job Title: Facilities Manager
Salary: £45,000- £50,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. Hybrid working available
My client, an award-winning real estate company that have been running for over 100 years are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of 40 residential properties for the same landlord.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
*Ensuring compliance meets legal requirements at a rating of 95%+
*Visits to the properties in accordance with the SLA
*Maintaining high standards of cleaning, maintenance and presentation
*Stakeholder management and communication
*Preparing the service charge budget first draft
*Monitoring service charge expenditure
*Working and liaising closely with the other teams
Must haves:
*IOSH
*Previous experience preparing service charge budgets and managing expenditure
*Strong attention to detail
*Highly organised and punctual
*Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
*A keen problem solver and good under pressure
*Client facing
*Strong administration and excellent IT skills
*Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
*Positive and encouraging attitude
Good to have but not essential:
*Residential experience
*NEBOSH
