The Role
As an Accounts & Tax Manager, you will play a key role in managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting the Partners with the continued growth of the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals
*Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
*Overseeing personal tax compliance and advisory work
*Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice
*Managing, mentoring and reviewing work of junior staff
*Supporting with business development and identifying growth opportunities
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
*Strong background in general practice, covering both accounts and tax
*Experience managing your own client portfolio
*Confident reviewing work and supporting junior team members
*Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
Benefits*£45,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable
