The successful candidate will work within the Export Customer Service Manifest Team to ensure all Manifests are sent within the deadlines given by our External Stakeholder MSC Geneva/Greece. Excellent communication skills are required, to support both internal and external Customers, answering enquiries quickly and professionally.
How you will help us and what you can expect
*Transmit all manifests within the deadline set our external stakeholders MSC Geneva/Greece
*Analyse specialist pre manifest data
*Take ownership of your own vessels and ensure chasers are sent in time
*Resolve Customer enquiries quickly and professionally
*To understand and work collaboratively with internal departments
*Work as a team player, contributing ideas for collective improvement
*Being adaptable, to ensure support can be given to other teams, as/ when required
