Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities*Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of Adult Social Care law, particularly under the Care Act 2014
*Manage Court of Protection applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
*Advise on Mental Health Law, supporting Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) and related court work
*Handle adult safeguarding matters, offering clear and pragmatic legal guidance
*Advise on and manage ordinary residence disputes between local authorities
*Represent the organisation at hearings, both remotely and in person where required by the court
