Salary: £34,503
Location: Milton Keynes (Office-based)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (09:00 – 17:00)
Reporting to: Marketing Director
About the Role:
A top 10 global diagnostics business is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Co-ordinator to support the delivery of a wide range of marketing and communications activities across the business. This is a hands-on role supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations within a busy commercial environment.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and a permanent marketing specialist to help deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen internal communications, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Communications
*Support the planning and delivery of the annual marketing communications plan
*Assist in developing and executing scientific marketing campaigns
*Contribute to the creation and distribution of PR content, including research, copywriting, and media outreach
*Help develop and manage social media activity aligned to business objectives
*Coordinate content development with internal stakeholders, designers, and external suppliers
*Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging
Events & Exhibitions
*Support the organisation and delivery of events, including trade exhibitions and customer symposiums
*Assist with event logistics, materials, communications, and on-site support where required
Internal Communications
*Implement internal communication activities to improve awareness and engagement across the organisation
*Support consistent messaging across departments
Administration & Compliance
*Maintain accurate marketing documentation, including training materials, SOPs, installation guides and regulatory documents
*Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting requirements
*Support regulatory and compliance-related tasks within required timeframes
*Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and completion of required training
General Support
*Manage marketing-related administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
*Maintain company property and resources responsibly
*Support additional marketing or business tasks as required
Essential Requirements:
*Experience in a B2B marketing or marketing support role
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Proven ability to support delivery of marketing campaigns or communications activity
*Experience in managing or contributing to media or marketing campaigns
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Requirements:
*Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related discipline
*Experience within a scientific, healthcare, or IVD-related environment
*Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
