Basic Salary: £30,000–£35,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 Year 1 | £80,000 Year 2 | £120,000+ Year 3

What you will do
*Identify and engage top talent using industry-leading recruitment tools
*Write effective job adverts to attract candidates
*Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Take ownership of your own recruitment desk
*Work towards targets with ongoing support from experienced mentors

*Degree educated (any subject)
*Confident, outgoing, and ambitious
*Competitive nature (sports or sales experience a bonus)
*Resilient and motivated by goals and rewards
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
