The Role
*Winning and developing new business
*Managing client and candidate relationships
*Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
*Managing temporary/permanent vacancies
*Negotiating offers and rates
*Achieving and exceeding sales and GP targets
What We’re Looking For
*Previous recruitment experience in a 360 role
*Strong business development skills
*Target driven and commercially focused
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills
*Motivated, proactive, and resilient attitude
