We’re working with a growing and well-established financial services organisation that is looking to bring in an Operations Support Administrator Apprentice to join their collaborative operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within financial services, operations, or business support. The role offers broad exposure across systems, reporting, administration, and operational improvement projects, alongside ongoing training and development.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the day-to-day running of operational and administrative processes
*Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases
*Produce reports and assist with data analysis tasks
*Help improve systems, workflows, and operational processes
*Support testing and implementation of system enhancements
*Assist with project work focused on improving efficiency and client service
*Provide general support across the wider operations function

*Confident using computers and Microsoft Office packages
