Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Bread Baker to join their team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate baker to play a key role in producing exceptional breads and bakery products while contributing to a supportive, purpose-driven organisation.

Key Duties:

*Bake high-quality artisan breads and associated bakery products


*Ensure all products consistently meet quality standards
*Meet production deadlines efficiently
*Maintain outstanding hygiene, food safety, and equipment standards
*Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues
*Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development
*Carry out additional duties as required
Key Requirements:

*Experience working in an artisan or commercial bakery experience
*Strong baking skills with excellent attention to detail
*Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
*Excellent teamwork skills
*Strong communication and presentation abilities
*Comfortable working with a wide range of people, including vulnerable adults
