Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £14ph
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 weeks initially with potential for longer term opportunities
We are currently recruiting for a Patient Booker to join our client’s team in Bangor. This role plays an important part in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive a smooth and well-organised experience.
What you’ll be doing;
*Reviewing patient referrals to assess suitability for clinical units
*Booking appointments and ensuring patients have all relevant information and medications
*Sending follow-up correspondence to keep patients informed
*Managing appointment changes and cancellations professionally and efficiently
*Maintaining accurate patient correspondence and contact records in line with procedures
Skills and experience;
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
*Ability to hit the ground running, working well in a team and as an individual
*Previous experience in medical patient appointment booking advantageous
