Reed is hiring a Business Manager to join our Newcastle office, offering a high visibility opportunity within one of our most exciting and developing regions.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into management, or an established manager looking to take ownership of a growing and well-established team. You will join a business area that already has momentum, supported by capable consultants and a strong platform for further growth.

What you will be doing
*Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants

*Running and contributing to a 360-recruitment desk

*Driving business growth across multiple specialisms

*Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

*Expanding market share across the Newcastle region

*Creating a high-performance culture focused on delivery, quality and development

*Working collaboratively across specialisms, with no siloed structure

*Exploring new markets and opportunities to grow revenue

*Proven experience as a 360 recruiter

*Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership

*Strong commercial mindset and business development capability

*A motivating and hands on approach to coaching and developing others

*Ambition to build and grow a high performing team

*Adaptable and open minded, with the ability to work across multiple specialisms
