Paid Social & Programmatic Exec
Hertfordshire (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Up to £40,000 + bonus
I am recruiting for a Paid Social & Programmatic Executive to join a leading UK consumer business within the travel and leisure sector.
This role sits within a high-performing Performance Marketing team, focused on driving digital growth through paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on programmatic.
The Role*Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across key channels
*Support paid social campaign delivery and performance
*Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve results
*Work closely with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy
*Ensure high-quality creative and data-led decision making
What They’re Looking For*1+ year experience in programmatic or paid media
*Exposure to paid social campaigns
*Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
*Experience working with campaign performance metrics
*Confident communication and stakeholder skills
*Agency or in-house experience welcome
