I am recruiting for a Product Manager to join a high-growth fintech startup disrupting the wealth management space.
This role sits within a fast-scaling product team and focuses on building automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes across the business.
The Role*Identify and automate manual operational processes across teams
*Build and implement low-code / no-code solutions and AI tools
*Work closely with internal stakeholders (ops, marketing, product)
*Partner with senior product leaders on AI and automation initiatives
*Deliver solutions that improve efficiency and reduce reliance on headcount
*Translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions


What They’re Looking For*3-5+ year’s experience in product, automation, or similar roles
*Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on automation experience
*Experience using no-code / low-code tools or AI solutions
*Background in fast-paced startups or tech environments
*Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
*Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
