Rotating shift patterns
Permanent – Immediate Start
Do you have experience in fabrication finishing, fettling or assembly and have supervised a team?
We are looking for an experienced Metal Finisher and Assembly leader, to work with a fabrication company within Nottinghamshire.
What you’ll be doing:
*Working within and supervising a team
*Grinding, deburring, metal finishing, aswell as fettling.
*Assembly operations, quality control
*Working with new staff members and training
*Team support, production targets and working with higher management.
Skills Experience
*Previous team leading experience
*Experience hands-on within fabrication
*Able to work within a team and manage a team
