Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced School Caretaker to work at a welcoming school in the Stockport area on a full-time, long-term basis.
The school is looking for a reliable, proactive, and hardworking individual who has previous experience working as a Site Supervisor or Caretaker within a school setting.
The Role:*Full-time split shift position
*Opening and closing the school site each day
*Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
*Ensuring the school grounds are safe, secure, and well maintained
*Supporting with cleaning responsibilities across the site
*Health & Safety checks and site compliance duties
*Liaising with contractors and school staff where required
The Ideal Candidate:*Has previous experience working as a Site Supervisor or Caretaker within a school setting
*Is confident carrying out basic maintenance and repair work
*Has good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
*Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
*Has strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
