*Job Type: Temporary, Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to join our team initially to help with a week’s worth of work. This role is based in Plymouth and offers a potential opportunity to become a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries via email, liaising with various departments, and performing general administrative duties.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Responding promptly and professionally to customer query emails.
*Liaising with different departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
*Performing general administrative duties to support customer care operations.
*Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
*Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer service role.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
*Proficiency in using email and other office software for communication and administration.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
