The Role
We are looking for an E-commerce & Marketing Assistant to support and develop our online presence across multiple digital sales channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who is analytical, commercially aware, and eager to contribute within a fast-paced environment.
Please note: This is a strictly office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the e-commerce team in day-to-day operations
*Launch and manage products and service offerings across online sales channels
*Maintain and optimise product listings, including content, pricing, imagery, and categorisation
*Analyse product performance, sales data, and stock levels to identify opportunities for improvement
*Implement data-driven strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience
*Contribute ideas for new sales channels and business growth opportunities
About You
*A degree or relevant qualification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
*Commercially aware with good business judgement
