If you’re looking for variety in your day and the opportunity to use both your sales and design skills, while taking real ownership of your workload, then this could be the perfect role for you.
This position offers a great mix of client interaction, site visits and creative design work. You’ll visit clients on-site to fully understand and visualise the space before designing solutions and presenting your ideas directly to the client.
This role would suit someone proactive, driven and motivated to maximise their earnings. No two days are the same, and with plenty of time spent out of the office, you’ll enjoy a varied and engaging working environment.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining your own portfolio of clients through a combination of walk-ins and generating new business via warm and hot leads. If you’re looking to move away from a heavily cold-calling-focused role, this is an excellent opportunity.
This is a highly customer-facing role, working with both homeowners and contractors, so the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships is essential.
What we are offering:
*Competitive starting salary of £30,000 – £45,000, depending on experience
*Uncapped OTE but within your first year you will get around £55,000
*5 days per week - Monday to Saturday (with a day off in lieu)
*Fantastic office location in the heart of Tunbridge Wells
