*Complaints Coordinator – Social Housing
*Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Peterborough)
*Salary: £30,000
*Contract: Ongoing Temporary (circa 3 months)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complaints Coordinator to join a reputable organisation within the social housing sector on an ongoing temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in complaint handling, ideally within housing, who is confident managing cases in line with regulatory standards.
*Manage and respond to a range of customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
*Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
*Liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues effectively
*Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports where required
*Handle escalated cases in line with Housing Ombudsman expectations
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience within social housing (essential)
*Strong background in complaint handling / case management
*Experience using the Housing Ombudsman portal (highly desirable)
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment
This is a remote role with the requirement to travel to Peterborough as needed, so flexibility is important.
