This opportunity would suit someone looking to build a career within education, particularly candidates with experience supporting children through transferable roles such as sports coaching, youth support, dance teaching, tutoring, childcare, or mentoring.

The school is looking for someone confident working with children across a range of abilities and able to support both learning and behaviour positively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
* Working with pupils who may require additional support
* Supporting small-group activities and interventions
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
* Building positive relationships with children and staff
* Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines

To Be Successful You Should:
* Have experience working with children or young people
* Ideally have recent UK school-based experience
* Have transferable skills from coaching, youth work, childcare, or similar sectors
* Be adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic
* Have a genuine interest in education and child development
* Be able to work effectively as part of a school team
