Personal Injury
Fee Earner / Paralegal
Whats on offer?
*Work 100% remotely
*Salary up to £45,000 + annual bonus
*Qualified & non-qualified fee earners encouraged to apply

*No need for business development or marketing
What will you do?
*Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL & RTA personal injury claims
*Manage your caseload from start to finish
*Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
*Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
*Instruct and brief counsel
*Assist supervising solicitor with post-litigated cases
What will you need?
*5+ years’ experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA matters
*(Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential)
*Strong knowledge of MoJ Portal CPR
*Pre-Litigation experience
*Post litigation experience is beneficial, but not essential
