The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to support pupils in primary schools across Swansea. You’ll be working alongside teachers to help children thrive – both academically and personally.
This isn’t just for experienced Teaching Assistants…
We’d love to hear from people with backgrounds like:
Sports coaches
Drama or performing arts leaders
Youth workers
Creative mentors
Anyone who’s great with people and wants to make a difference
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting children in mainstream primary classrooms
*Helping pupils in SEN (Special Educational Needs) settings
*Encouraging confidence, engagement, and positive behaviour
*Working 1:1 or in small groups
*Being a consistent, supportive presence in a child’s day
The Details
*Monday – Friday
*8:30am – 3:30pm
*Term-time only
*£92.63 per day (paid through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
