We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established UK manufacturing business specialising in storage and racking solutions. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with genuine progression available into Technician-level roles for the right candidates.
Pay & Hours*£12.71 per hour
*Monday to Thursday
*6:00am – 4:30pm
*30-minute unpaid lunch + 2 x 10-minute paid breaks
The roleThis is a hands-on, physically demanding production role working in a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working as part of a team assembling and handling metal components.
Duties include*Lifting metal components from storage racks
*Assembling and clipping components together
*Manual handling (team lifts for items over 15kg)
*Standing for long periods and repetitive work
*Working closely with a colleague at all times
*Following strict health & safety procedures
About the environment*Industrial manufacturing setting
*High noise levels (full PPE required)
*PPE includes safety boots, hi-vis, ear protection, gloves/goggles where required
*Strong focus on health & safety and teamwork

*Able to follow instructions accurately
*Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
