Full job descriptionJava Software Developer
This is a great new permanent vacancy for an experienced Software Developer, with strong Java experience, to work on a hybrid basis for an Ipswich based software house.
In your new position you will work within a collaborative, cross functional team to design, develop and support their mature software products. This will see you mentoring junior developers, modernising code / deployment processes and contributing towards technical decisions.
To be successful you will likely have:
*4-8 years developing web or client-server applications.
*Strong experience with:
*Java (8+) and Spring framework
*Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
*Git version control
*Object-oriented programming
*Experience supporting production systems.
*Knowledge of CI/CD tooling
In return they are offering:
*A salary of up to £70,000

*25 days leave + bank holidays
