Job Description:
Full job description Business Affairs Coordinator | Music Industry London | Full-time | £28,600
If you love music and you are seriously organised, this one is for you.
Our client is one of the world’s leading independent music groups, with a global network of offices and a roster of label imprints that includes some of the most respected names in the industry. This is a rare chance to get inside a major music business and see exactly how it works.
The role sits within their Legal and Business Affairs team and covers a wide range of responsibilities including contracts, rights, royalties, digital releases and catalogue management. No two days are the same and you will be working across the whole business.
The role
* Contract administration, rights enquiries and licensing
* Data entry and maintenance across rights management systems
* Reporting to support finance, royalties and A&R teams
* Coordinating catalogue and repertoire information
* Supporting digital release workflows
* Tracking deadlines, rights expiries and deliverables
About you
* Experience in an admin or coordinator role, preferably in music or entertainment
* Sharp attention to detail and good at juggling priorities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up new systems
* A clear communicator who can deal with people at all levels
* Passionate about music
Please note: this is an administrative role and the client is not able to support legal training or study. They want someone who is genuinely excited by the role itself.
