£13.45 per hour + £50 per sleep in
Full time, 7am to 10.30pm shifts
We are working with a genuinely child focused provider in Canterbury who are looking to bring in Support Workers to a well run 5 bed home supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.

The role
You will be supporting children in a 5 bed home, helping to create a safe, stable and nurturing environment. This includes:
*Supporting daily routines, education and activities
*Building positive relationships and being a consistent role model
*Managing behaviours in a calm and structured way
*Working as part of a close knit team
*Completing records and contributing to care plans
