Full job descriptionJob OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Loader (Operations) to join Veolia in Sheffield. This is a hands-on role supporting waste collection services, ensuring materials are safely collected and operations run efficiently across designated routes.
Key Responsibilities*Assist in the collection of household and commercial waste
*Load refuse and recyclable materials onto collection vehicles
*Work as part of a team to complete daily collection routes
*Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Provide a reliable and efficient service to the local community
Requirements*Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
*Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Punctual, reliable, and hardworking attitude
Essential*Safety shoes with toe protection must be worn at all times
Working Hours*Typically early starts (exact hours to be confirmed)
*Monday to Friday with potential overtime
