HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable Packing and Process Operatives. For a leading food production site in Bishop’s Stortford
To work Days Fixed or Nights Fixed on 4 on /4 off basis over week including weekends .

The Role :
Working within a modern dynamic factory team responsible for packaging high-quality food products.
Your daily tasks will include:
*Handling ingredients and materials ( some lifting manual handling )
*Operating production and packing machinery safely
*Maintaining safety and quality standards
*Managing clean, efficient shift handovers
*Communication of line production, reporting improvement within the process
Food production experience is a huge plus ( training will be given ) , but a great attitude is essential.
