*Assess damage, identify likely cause, and apply knowledge of subsidence claims, including interpretation of policy terms, conditions, and coverage
*Carry out repair assessment visits to produce a clear scope of works or tender documentation
*Work with Subsidence Specialists and the Technical Team on more complex cases, ensuring claims are progressed and allocated correctly within authority levels
*Provide clear advice, support, and guidance to all parties in a professional and approachable manner, offering practical solutions where needed
*Work with Regional Managers to decide when further investigation, monitoring, or temporary/remedial works are required
*Produce detailed ABI preliminary reports within agreed SLAs, maintaining high standards of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
*Handle claims in line with insurer philosophy, standards, service levels, and complaints procedures, ensuring proactive progression at all times

*Respond positively to changing client needs and wider business requirements

*Stay up to date with developments in engineering and insurance related to subsidence, and share relevant updates with the team
*Support the Desk Team with technical queries and claim progression
What’s on offer

*The opportunity to manage subsidence claims from initial inspection through to resolution
*Manageable caseloads, with a focus on quality of work rather than high volumes
*Strong operational and technical support from experienced Regional Managers and specialist teams
*Ongoing collaboration with technical experts on more complex and challenging cases
*A supportive and team-focused working environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged
*Opportunities to develop your technical skills within subsidence and property claims
*The chance to work for a well-established, reputable global loss adjusting practice
*A strong focus on delivering high standards of customer service and technical accuracy
*Clear processes, structured SLAs, and support to help you succeed in the role
