The Role
You will play a key part in developing and enhancing the organisation’s online presence, supporting product management activities, and delivering an exceptional customer journey across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the day-to-day running of e-commerce operations
*Launch and manage products and initiatives across multiple online sales channels
*Regularly review and optimise product listings, including pricing, imagery, categorisation and content
*Analyse sales performance, pricing trends and stock levels to drive improvements
*Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase online conversions
*Contribute to the ongoing development and performance of online stores
About You
*Degree or relevant qualification in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field
*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
*Commercial awareness with an interest in driving online sales performance
*Quick to learn new systems and technologies
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
