What you’ll be doing
This is a true 360 recruitment role, where you’ll take ownership and drive your own success:
*Winning new business; identifying opportunities, opening doors, and converting leads
*Building and developing long-term client relationships
*Attracting top talent through creative sourcing, job advertising, and networking
*Engaging candidates and delivering an outstanding candidate experience through competency-based interviews to truly understand motivations, behaviours, and fit
*Bringing your client base to life through targeted marketing activity
What we’re looking for
*Proven sales success with strong conversion ability and a sharp commercial mindset
*Confidence to build relationships, influence decisions, and win new clients
*A naturally curious and inquisitive mindset — you ask "why?" and "what next?" enabling you to assess beyond the CV and spot opportunities with ease
*Resilience, self-motivation, and a real hunger to succeed
*A team player who brings energy and positivity
Bonus points if you have:
*Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment (in any capacity)
*Exposure to the Industrial recruitment market
