? The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher to:
*Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively
*Ensure students remain engaged and on task
*Provide a positive and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confidence managing groups of students
*Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
*A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
*A genuine interest in education
