Basildon, Hybrid Working
£40-45,000 – Depending on stage of Qualification.
We’re working with an established and growing, fast-moving organisation in Basildon who are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Management Accountant.
The role
This is a broad Management Accounts role where you’ll support multiple entities within the group.*Producing monthly management accounts
*Carrying out variance analysis (actual vs budget, income/expenditure, aged debtors)
*Supporting group month-end reporting
*Preparing and submitting income flash reports
*Assisting with statutory accounts
*Preparing FCA returns (RMAR)
*Getting involved in wider finance projects and process improvements
*Overseeing purchase ledger and cashbook routines
About you*Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Around 3+ years’ experience in a management accounts role
*Exposure to an FCA/PRA regulated environment
*SOX knowledge would be a bonus, but not essential
This would suit someone who wants to work in a growing business where they can get involved, take ownership and continue to develop.
They offer exceptional Study Support, working hours of 9-5 with 2 days in the office and 2 at home.
