This is an excellent role for a motivated and commercially aware individual looking to take the next step in their career within a modern, quality-driven environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations, managing workflow efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:*Managing the daily operations of the dental laboratory
*Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of technicians
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high clinical and aesthetic standard
*Monitoring workflow, turnaround times, and quality control procedures
*Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards
*Liaising with dentists and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
*Supporting business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:*Proven experience as a Dental Technician
*Previous laboratory management or supervisory experience preferred
*Strong knowledge of crown & bridge, prosthetics, or CAD/CAM workflows advantageous
*Excellent organisational and leadership skills
*Strong communication and client relationship abilities
*High attention to detail and commitment to quality
