The role - Customer Account Manager
Are you looking for a role where you can combine sales with building strong customer relationships? This position focuses on supporting an established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow accounts in a steady, consistent way.
You’ll be joining a long-standing business with a close-knit team and regular training.
What you’ll be doing
*Processing customer orders via phone, email and the company website
*Developing existing customer relationships and working towards sales targets (no cold calling)
*Handling enquiries regarding deliveries, returns, repairs and general customer support
What you’ll bring
*A positive, proactive approach and confidence in both phone and email communication
*Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once
*Comfortable working independently and within a team.
