We are currently seeking an experienced Event/Conference Coordinator to join a fast-paced professional environment on an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and advanced MS Excel capabilities. Experience working within a banking or financial services environment is highly desirable.
What you’ll do:
*Coordinating conferences, meetings and corporate events end-to-end
*Managing schedules, attendee communications and logistics
*Preparing reports, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate records
*Producing and analysing data using advanced MS Excel
*Liaising with senior stakeholders, vendors and internal teams
*Supporting multiple projects within tight deadlines
What you’ll need:
*Previous experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably financial services/investment banking
*Strong MS Excel skills including reporting, formulas and data management
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
*Experience in events or investor conferences desired
