Kenneth Brian Associates are delighted to be working with a fantastic and successful business based in Wimbledon who are looking for a Lettings Administrator whose enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in wherever needed!
The role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be involved in everything from tenancy administration, compliance, customer service and general office support. You’ll be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also supporting the supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
*Preparing tenancy agreements and move-in paperwork
*Managing compliance documents and property records
*Booking inspections and contractor appointments
*Uploading property adverts and supporting marketing
*General office administration and diary management
About you
*Previous administration experience within lettings or property
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confident using IT systems
*Professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Must live within commuting distance of Wimbledon
