£25,989 – £27,694 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our busy Business and Administration team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of our finance function.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing purchase and sales invoices
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting credit control processes
*Handling banking, petty cash, and credit card transactions
*Completing monthly reconciliations
*Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures
*Coordinating orders and liaising with suppliers and local authorities
*Supporting pupil placement costings and agreements
*Producing reports and maintaining financial databases
*Ensuring accurate, audit-ready record keeping
To start asap on a temporary basis. Possible permanent opportunity available, for the right candidate.
School compliance checks will be required including Child Enhanced DBS
