Location: London | Hybrid | £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Car Scheme
A rapidly scaling international automotive brand is seeking a Campaign Specialist to play a key role in driving UK commercial performance through best-in-class marketing campaigns.
This is a high-impact, hands-on position within a growth-focused organisation entering an exciting phase of expansion across the UK market.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, executing tactical activity that directly supports vehicle sales across private and network channels.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams, agency partners, finance providers, and retail networks, you will help bring go-to-market strategies to life and continuously optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, CRM, retail)
*Execute tactical activity including finance offers, seasonal campaigns, and incentives
*Coordinate campaign rollout across dealer networks and partner channels
*Track and analyse performance, providing regular reporting and insights
*Identify optimisation opportunities using a data-led approach
*Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and external partners
*Monitor competitor activity and market trends
About You
*3–5 years’ experience in campaign, marketing, or go-to-market roles
*Strong experience executing campaigns across multiple channels
*Exposure to automotive, retail, or agency environments preferred
*Understanding of consumer finance, promotions, or incentive-led campaigns highly desirable
*Advanced Excel skills with confidence analysing performance data
*Experience with reporting tools / dashboards (Power BI advantageous)
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
