Full job descriptionBeyond Talent is working with a well-established business looking to appoint an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support during a period of change and growth. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed, add value from day one, and support a busy finance team with both BAU and project work.


Key Responsibilities
*Production of monthly management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Variance analysis and commentary
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
*Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
*Business partnering with operational teams
*Improving processes and controls where needed


About You
*Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
*Proven experience in a management accounting role
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
*Strong Excel skills and systems confidence
*Able to work independently and hit the ground running
*Strong communication skills - able to partner with non-finance stakeholders
