Full job descriptionMy Client is urgently recruiting for an ambitious, financially minded Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant with a strong eye for quality to join our team.
The Client specialise in supporting clients with complex property requirements, including those arising from disability, life-altering injury and medical negligence. Working nationally across residential projects, they deliver bespoke property solutions that genuinely improve people’s quality of life.
Projects range from rental adaptations through to new-build homes, with values typically between £30,000 and £2 million. Every project is tailored to the individual needs of the client and their wider professional team.

The RoleThis is a full-time position (40 hours per week), based at their office in Leicestershire.
The chosen Candidate will work across a variety of residential projects nationwide, providing cost management and quantity surveying support from inception through to completion.
Requirements*Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential Quantity Surveying
*Strong financial and commercial awareness
*Excellent attention to detail and quality
*Full UK Driving Licence required
