Part-Time Finance Assistant
SME FMCG Business
London Bridge
6 Month FTC | 3 Days Per Week
£40,000 Pro Rata
An SME FMCG business based near London Bridge is seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join the team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, working 3 days per week.
This is a hands-on role within a growing business, supporting the day-to-day finance operations and working closely with the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
*Purchase invoice processing
*Raising sales invoices
*Posting bank transactions and reconciliations
*Credit control and debtor chasing
*Raising customer orders
*Investigating and challenging customer shorts/deductions
*Supporting with ad hoc finance and administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within a finance assistant / accounts assistant position
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confidence managing credit control processes
*Experience working within an SME environment preferred
*FMCG or product-based business experience beneficial
*Good Excel and finance systems knowledge
