Job Overview
My client is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to support a busy operation on a short-term basis. This role involves light, repetitive packing work and would suit someone who is hands-on, accurate and able to maintain consistency over large volumes.
Key Responsibilities
*Placing small items into protective sleeves
*Packing completed items into boxes
*Sealing boxes securely for dispatch
*Labelling sleeves and outer packaging accurately
*Applying stickers to sleeves (high-volume task – approximately 30,000 units)
*Ensuring all work meets quality and presentation standards
*Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
*Supporting general warehouse duties where required
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous warehouse or packing experience is essential
*High level of attention to detail
*Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
*Good manual dexterity
*Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
