Job Title: Temporary Accounts Assistant (Part-Time - Afternoons)
Location: Heathfield (Office-Based)
Start Date: End of May / Early June 2026
Duration: Temporary, with potential to extend until January 2027

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a Finance team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role will provide essential support within the finance function, focusing primarily on sales invoicing and purchase ledger processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Key Responsibilities*Producing and processing accurate sales invoices
*Assisting with purchase ledger data entry and maintenance
*Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
*Ensuring financial records are kept up to date and organised
*Working within SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage transactions
Working Hours*Part-time, afternoons only
*Approx. 11:45 / 12:00 - 16:45, Monday to Friday
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
*Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar accounting systems (preferred)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Ability to work independently in an office environment
