Full job description Coffee Field Service Engineer – Leeds

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coffee Field Service Engineer to work across a varied customer portfolio including cafés, offices, hospitality venues, and commercial sites throughout Central London.
The Role
As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial coffee equipment operates at peak performance across your designated area.
This is a hybrid field-based position combining travel across London with hands-on engineering support on customer sites. While operating within Central London, much of the role will involve working on foot between nearby customer locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Servicing, repairing, and diagnosing faults on a range of commercial coffee machines
*Carrying out installations, site surveys, and equipment upgrades
*Managing jobs through an ERP scheduling system
*Delivering a professional and customer-focused service experience
*Communicating effectively with customers and the internal support team
*Maintaining tools, stock levels, and service documentation
*Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before breakdowns occur
You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, work independently, and maintain high service standards throughout your route.
What You’ll Bring
*1–2+ years’ experience repairing commercial coffee machines (traditional and bean-to-cup)
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
*Experience calibrating grinders and optimising extraction
*Multi-brand coffee machine experience highly desirable
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities
*Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
*Good Maths & English skills
*Passion for coffee and pride in delivering high-quality work
