The Role:
As Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll own the end-to-end brand strategy-driving consistency, creativity, and commercial impact across every touchpoint. This is an opportunity for a Head of Brand Marketing to blend storytelling with performance, building a brand that not only looks great but delivers real growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent voice across all channels
*Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, content, and offline)
*Translate commercial objectives into impactful brand activity that drives awareness and revenue
*Work closely with performance, eCommerce, and creative teams to ensure brand and growth are fully aligned
*Oversee content direction, creative output, and brand storytelling across all platforms
*Build and nurture partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments that elevate brand presence
*Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing brand and creative team
*Use data and insight to continuously refine brand positioning and campaign effectiveness
About You:
*Proven experience operating as a Head of Brand Marketing or in a senior brand leadership role within a high-growth fashion business
*Strong track record of building and scaling brands in a digital-first environment
*Deep understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together
*Commercially minded-able to connect brand activity to tangible business outcomes
*Experience leading creative teams and working closely with content, social, and design functions
*Strong instinct for culture, storytelling, and what resonates with modern audiences
*Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at leadership level
*Hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution
