The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search to appoint an experienced Service Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
*Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
*Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
*Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
*Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
*Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
*Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
*Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
*Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks
About You;
*Excellent organisation and planning skills
*Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
*Customer-first mindset and a helpful, can-do attitude
*Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
*Team player who also works well independently
*Knowledge of H&S procedures and logistics across the UK & Ireland is a bonus
