What you’ll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
*Support pupils with SEMH needs both inside and outside the classroom
*Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
*Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
*Support learning through one-to-one and small group work
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
What we’re looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
*Experience working with SEMH pupils desirable
*Calm and resilient attitude
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
